The place I used to work made a grilled cheese with cheddar, provolone and muenster cheese. Really, really good!!

I hate American cheese so I use anything but that for grilled cheese. My favorites to use are colby Jack and cheddar.

That's my hubbys fav cheese. I'm scared to try it. I'm SO picky lol.

Munster is good. Fontina is good, super melty and delicious. Sharp Provolone or even smoked Provolone with roasted red peppers and onion! Though for a real treat, I love Manchego, sundried tomato and basil! ?

If you are okay with pork, you can always make it even better with prosciutto.

It's really expensive on Amazon. But not sure where else you could find it. It's in a lot of grocery stores here. Sooo good. I put it on quesadillas too.
