I just need SPACE!
I don't know if it's pregnancy hormones or what but I just need FIVE MINUTES of no one hanging on me! I'm (almost) 20 weeks pregnant, nursing my 14 month old, have a 4 year old and a 9 year old. Of course the baby and the 4 year old are ALWAYS on me. ALWAYS!! I just need personal space sometimes, it's driving me crazy. I don't know how to explain it, it's like my skin literally crawls (that's why I think it's hormones) so I got up and went in my room, I just need 5 minutes to relax. The 4 year old is now at the door talking under the crack and banging on the door. You would think my husband would come and take her back in the other room so I could have 5 minutes of peace, but that's obviously asking too much.

I completely understand. I am 36 weeks pregnant and have a one year old and a 3 year old. I just weaned my one year old about 2 months ago. By the end of the day I am so touched out haha. I hope you get your 5 minutes!

You are not the only one who feels that way. Sometimes I would like a time card at the bathroom door. And when I'm on my fifteen that means someone... Anyone... Cover me pleeeease. Feels so nice to be loved and needed and yet I find the thought of peeing alone to be a vacation. Sorry beautiful. Chin up. I know when our little ones are all off to college or work or tending to their families it will be the silence that haunts us. This is so difficult but I know that it will come together. Xoxo

So now it's a full on toddler meltdown. ? I guess I'll get my 5 minutes when they're in bed.
She went to tell my DH to unlock the door. He said "I can't right now, Mommy's busy."
Then the full on tears, "But I want to be busy too!!!!!!!" ?
Sigh.

Aww. I'm sorry. My hair is still wet from my afternoon shower because I just needed 5 and they were forefitted by a nap strike.
Baby is going to bed now. Hope in sight. Hope you get reprieve!

The baby is in bed and DH took the honor of putting the other two to bed! ? If I wasn't pregnant, I'd be enjoying an adult beverage right about now. I'll settle for catching up on my DVR'd shows!
