So upset!
The home inspection on the house we put the contract on came back with a laundry list of stuff to be fixed, the two biggest issues were mold in the basement and both HVAC systems malfunctioning. We asked the sellers to get the HVACS repaired and remediate the mold and they refused! They said they won't come down on price either in order for us to do it. I'm so frustrated. We have to be out of here on sept 13th and we are back to square one.

I think the sellers are being extremely unrealistic. For one once issues (especially serious ones) are found they legally must be added to the sellers disclosure as they now can't claim ignorance to the issues. Nobody in there right mind is going to pay their full asking price for a home with issues like that without the problems being fixed or monetary arrangements being made to fix the issues. Those issues also drop the value of a home and if the bank (or other lender) appraises the home for less then the selling price due to those issues they won't finance the home.
Perhaps have your agent point that out to the selling agent?

Yes, he has pointed out all of those things and the other agent agrees with us. He even asked our agent to call the sellers directly today to discuss because "she wouldn't listen to him." I mean, the whole thing is crazy! They will never get what they are asking for, especially with the mold.
