Nursing while pregnant
My DD will be 11 months tomorrow and is breastfed. I'm 4.5 weeks pregnant and I've already noticed a drastic drop in my supply. I'm planning to breastfeed for a lot longer, so I need to get it back up. I've been trying to eat more calories and drink more water but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any tips?

You can try water, fenugreek, more protein however it does happen normally later in pregnancy but yes it will drop off or dry up. I'm nursing my 12 month old and I'm 14 weeks and I am starting to see a difference

If you dry up during pregnancy it's hormonal and you can't do anything. Your dd may dry nurse for comfort until you are able to tandem nurse her and the new baby.
Also, fenugreek, etc are NOT considered safe while pregnant.

I'm 19 1/2 weeks and my daughter will be 2 in about 2 weeks. I haven't noticed any decrease but I do drink a lot of water. About 13-16 cups daily which is all added up due to weight, pregnancy, feeling dehydrated and breastfeeding. I'm not sure if that's helping though but you can definitely try it. There are a couple calculators online that asks you those question along with height and all and it helps determines how much water you should be drinking but I wouldn't call it 100% accurate just an estimate.

I'll definitely up my water in take. I really hope I don't dry up!
