What do you bake with bananas? I'm ALWAYS making banana bread/muffins, but wanted to try something new tonight.

Baking is easy! I ALWAYS take about 5 minutes off the time and check it (or 2 minutes off for cookies). Usually it's done or just about and only needs another minute or so. I always find the recipe cook time is just a little too "overdone". That's my secret!

How big is it? It looks like it's sitting on a plastic lid.

It is on a plastic lid because I didn't have Tupperware big enough to fit, unless it was upside down. This lid is for a 3.07L / 104oz container. I made it in a normal size spring form cake pan.

Okay! It looks big then I noticed the lid and I was like ? I'd eat that in one minute. I love banana lol
