I literally can’t walk today and if I try and walk I end up falling or I just cry from all the pain…

All that’s really worked for me is to sleep off the pain! It’s the worst pain, after my baby shower it lasted for 2 days but I just slept (or just stayed in bed when I wasn’t sleepy) til the pain went away.

@leslyev92, I don’t have anyone to help me with my other kids and my mom just tells me to walk it off but I can’t walk I literally crawled into the living room cause I can’t walk

@juliam27, I understand I’m just telling you what worked for me. Nothing else has worked as much as just sleeping and relaxing did. I feel like walking is the worst idea, at least for me it makes it much worse! 😞

@juliam27 some have extended hours. I would call around if I were you. If you can't walk you can't work.
