Ladies I need help how do I know the difference in Braxton hicks vs the real contractions.? Me and my husband have been fighting a lot lately to the point it's stressing me out he told me yesterday to just leave bc I told him I couldn't handle this crap anymore. Obviously it made me cry so I went to the bedroom about 15 min later he did come up apologizing saying he took his frustration out on me which he shouldn't have and said he was sorry... well the past few days with all the fighting I've been getting period like cramping and tightening in my belly happens usually if I'm doing something or if we are arguing. And it'll go away typically after a few hours. But during them the pain is so bad it almost puts me in tears. Their typically like 10- 15 mins apart. Would u call the ob and tell them or would u say it's just Braxton hicks?
