Sleep regression ? Anyone dealing with this right now? Haven't slept in 2 days. About to lose my mind ! How long does…

My dd has woken every 2 hours since she was born so I haven't noticed it getting worse??

Our sleep regression is lasting 14 months ?

Any new teeth coming in?. I noticed my daughter was waking more often and she had like three or four new teeth coming in. So I started giving her Motrin just before bed and bam, back to sleeping through the night. It's taken us about 14 months to get to this point. I think it helps that I've weaned her during the day and limit her bed time nursing to 15 minutes. She used to freak out if I left the room before she was asleep, so I moved the rocker next to her crib and just sat in the room until she fell asleep. Then since she was already in the crib I'd slip away. If she'd wake up in the middle of the night, I'd sit in her room, but I wouldn't pick her up. She's get pissed sometimes and scream, but I was right next to her and would reassure her it was ok, but it's night time, until she'd fall back to sleep (usually would not take longer than a few minutes and she wouldn't scream the whole time). Now I can just lay her down and walk out and she takes two 1+hr naps and sleeps through the night. It's blissful! Good luck! Hope it ends soon!

Sorry for the super long post. When I was desperate for sleep and didn't want to do the ferber cio method, I would look for tips from other moms. So, I try to tell what I've done in hopes that it'll help other moms. By the way...there were years, but I was always in the room with her. I didn't leave the room until she was asleep. She learned that even though I would not pick her up, she was ok and safe. Now she's a really great sleeper, praise God!!!

Growth spurt? My kid woke up at 1 and I nursed him because we were too tired to get him back to sleep. He woke again inconsolable at 4 this morning. We finally caved a little before 5 and got some food. He ate an entire cup (like a measuring cup!) of Cheerios, a veggie pouch and a full Sippy of milk before he stopped asking "more more," though he probably would have had more if I offered. Usually he waits until 7 or 8 for breakfast. It was at this time we finally realized how much he ate yesterday...constantly!!

Tonight I'm going to keep some food and water at our bedside lol
