Thawing breastmilk???
Ok please help! I've been pumping for my daughter since she won't latch but I've got a problem..I'm going to the doctor tomorrow and I have no idea how to take the breastmilk! Should I take it refrigerated? Or freshly pumped? Or frozen? I'm so clueless on how to do this ! And how do I warm it up if it's kept cool? Please help!

You can take freshly pumped and keep it at room temp for up to 6 hours.
If you take frozen or refrigerated you'll have to warm it under hot running water.

Or you can take it refrigerated, some babies like mine will drink it cold

I'd say for you first trip out if try for fresh pumped since it's good for 6 hours.

Keep it in the bag, put it under hot water, takes like five minutes to thaw and get to room temperature

Like these ladies said it's good at room temperature for 6 hours. :) I always just bring the bottle pumped and ready with me or I'll bring my manual pump cause I got no shame lol
