My birth story

Well I knew I was going to be having a scheduled c-section at 39 weeks. I started trying to self induce by 37 weeks just to see if baby was ready. Well she wasn't.... I tried everything and I finally just gave up. I had my first at 38 weeks so I thought I would go into labor by then. I felt pretty bad about not going into labor naturally and feeling like I was forcing her out by c-section. But get this.... As soon as I put on my hospital gown, I started leaking lol it would not stop! So in the end, my baby let me know she was ready to enter the world. I was so happy :) Right now she's in the NICU for low blood sugar but I am pumping milk for her and she's doing better. I only saw her for a brief moment and then they took her away. My husband has been with her tho so I am thankful for that :) I hope all you ladies have a safe rest of your pregnancies !
