For a 13 year old baby sitting per hour? Said 13 year old has a 10 year old sibling too, should you pay the younger sibling also?

Depends on the area and experience level. We have seen $25 for an evening as the going rate here. The kids and split it if they want or how they want.

It was literally 45 minutes that they watched my 2 kids. I just needed my eyebrows waxed because I'm in a wedding this weekend. I'm not sure if I appropriately paid the sitter, the last time I paid and their mom said that was too much and it was a lot of money to the kids.

$5 a kid. If its 45 mins thats all they need. And maybe bring home a pizza as well.

They are vegans ? pizza wouldn't have been a good idea for these particular kids lol

Well how much did you pay them?

I wouldn't really want children watching my children, but mine wouldn't know how to listen to them as adults.
Since it was a short time I'd say 20.

I paid $10.

I would give 20

I pay $20 for 4 hours of daycare for my son. $20 sounds like a lot for a 13 year old for 45 minutes.

Baby sittting a 13 and 10 year old for 45 mins, I'd do it for free.

$10 is good.

I would go with the $20. They could decide to start saving.
Also, pizza from Papa John’s with no cheese, with whatever desired veggies is my go to for a vegan ??♀️
