So you drink the recommended amount of water daily?

My hair shows it first when I don't get enough water and no amount of pampering will help it until I rehydrate.

Also if you want you can add a drop or two of your favorite oil scent. I like theatree and mint.

Oh my hair is super thick.

If you have normal or thick hair I would suggest olive oil instead of coconut. Coconut oil has a lot of protein in it which is great for fine hair but can be not so great for thicker hair.
