In addition to regular needs of course.

Make a list of what you use daily and pack that. And for clothes pack maybe 4 pairs of shorts and a pair of pants and a shirt per day. Underwear per day and a few pairs of socks. A good pair of walking shoes and shoes for the beach if you're going.

Same for kids.

See how many diapers you use a day and add 2-4 just in case. Pack plenty of wipes and something to keep them occupied like toys and snacks.
