My sister swears by it. My niece was an awful teether but she says it was worse without it. I think it was all in her head. We never used it. My son would be grumpy a day or two while a tooth popped but that's it.
Yes I loved it with my daughter never had a problem no droll crying and never fussing and if we took it off hell would break loose....I got it at a store called plant bambin you can buy it online at that store
If your child is hot enough to release the succinic acid in big enough quantities to act as a pain killer, you have a far bigger problem than teething.

It worked amazing for my son. I got mine from a shop on etsy
