I'm curious cause the OBGYN I go to told me they can only give 4mg but I'm pretty sure my last dr for my first pregnancy gave me a higher dose but that was over 3 years ago.
At one point I was taking 4mg of zofran every 4 hours and I was still miserable. I had to go to the er for iv fluids. I got a script for oral phenergan 25mg which I took at bedtime. Tremendous help! The usual dose of zofran is 4 to 8mg every 8 hours, unless otherwise directed.

I was given 8 mg Zofran and 12 mg phenergan

I was told that u van only get a limited amount of it so my doctor prescribed me 8mg and said to cut it in half
