DS is turning 6 soon and we are on our last week of break. What are some fun things you like to do with your kids? I told him we can spend all day together, but our city is limited on fun-ness lol.

Movie date, park & picnic, day trip, museums..

You could take him to the library. Or do some kind of craft, depending on what you both like- you could make cookies together, do some painting, or some little science experiments. My son always likes making 'elephant toothpaste' or a volcano. You could play cards or boardgames. Is there a place with animals around? Fish or feeding ducks?

Do you have those indoor fun center type places? Those are great. Ours has go karts, arcade, mini golf, inflatables, etc.

Thanks y’all! We spent 2 hours at the Walmart toy section and then got some grocery shopping in lol. He helped me mix pancakes and now I’m heating them. We do have a library, but sadly no indoor activity places. We need to bathe the dog still and then we are going to a pizza place to set up his birthday date and time for his party.
He wants to go to the park. I mentioned the museum but I’m not sure if it’s still the shoe one (boring lol). Maybe we will bake biscochitos. We are making enchiladas for dinner lol.

Do you have snow? Yesterday my kids and the neighbor kid made snow paint and had tons of fun

That’s so cool! It snows once a year here if we are lucky enough. So no snow ?. Might get a little bit warmer so with the proper attire he will be able to play at the park lol. Gotta grab me a coffee or something hot first!
