They want you to time contractions, bloody show could be days before you're in labor for some women.

Contractions and/or water breaking

My doctor and personal experience. Whenever I have lost my bloody show, I always went into labor a few hours later. My.doctor said it's usually a few hours to 24 at the most. But everyone is different.

I've been having pretty consistent contractions I think they're getting worse. Although they are frequent I don't think they are a full minute long. This hasn't ever happened before I feel like this is it

Contractions. I had my daughter on Friday after my bloody show. It's a good sign you'll go into labor soon but it could be right away or 3 days away. My contractions started instantly, you'll definitely know when to go in. Good luck!

Ps.. my contractions never got to a full minute long and that's totally normal. Between 30-60 seconds is normal. Just make sure they're consistent for an hour or two and not going away.. they should be staying the same or getting closer together.

They admitted me and I just got the epidural maybe 30 minutes ago. OMG I did not expect that kind of pain at all. It was so unbearable I felt like I was being murdered. The epidural literally saved my life. They gave it to me at only 2 cm dilated but that's because my pain was so horrible. My water also broke during contractions. Now it's just a waiting game. I can't wait to meet him ???
