Tongue tied and lip tied

You'll do fine mama. It is so quick! My daughter had both as well and it was done before I blinked my eyes.... literally like 5 sec. Mouths bleed alot, so it was hard to see the blood in her little mouth, but it quickly stopped when I nursed her. It has made such a difference in her ability to nurse. I hope all went well. Make sure you do the stretching exercises so that they don't heal back together!

Thanks hun...well i cried with her .. I didnt even look but i was holding her arms n man her cry broke me down..but glad shes actually latching to her bottle now with no problems

Glad to hear she is doing well. I didn't hold my baby or look either. That was the nurses job thank goodness. And I cried with her several times during the healing process. I had so much anxiety about having to hurt her more to do the stretching exercises, but I had to keep reminding myself that it was for a good reason.

Yeah thats going to be the hardest part big time. It starts today :-/ but i know it was the best decision i made for her.

Don't have any experience with that but it sounds heartbreaking sorry you had to go thru that but glad it will help your LO in the future

It was horrible hearing my LO cry for that too.and she bled alot.but i noticed a diffrence in sucking instantly so i font regret it for a secobd tho it was hard
