My last one had to keep being retaped because it kept coming lose :/ just remember when it feels like the pain can't get any worse, then it's almost over! The moment that you hold your baby in your arms you'll forget about the pain that you just went through!

Don't be nervous, I'm a FTM and had my daughter a month ago, once the baby is here you completely forget about any pain! You got this Mama!

Ended up going from 5cm to pushing in about 1 hour. 1 hour of pushing and baby boy was here !!
