My husband is gonna be the best daddy ever !! Today in the store my husband decided to get our son (not even born yet) a journal and have it engraved. Then he says to me I'm gonna write life lessons in it and encouraging quotes everyday so one day he will read it and know his daddy was thinking of him and loved him without a doubt !!!! I love the idea. I was sitting here and thinking what I could do that would mean as much to my son! Any ideas are welcome!!! TIA !

My son has an email address and I write to him at least once a month to let him know what's going on and how much he's improved etc etc. I really enjoy doing it and I hope he'll enjoy going through them!

I do something similar for my son! I got a leather journal and I write in it frequently ever since he was born. About holidays, milestones. And just things he's doing and enjoys playing with, our roadtrips, and even funny times.
