PAINFUL UTI

my local emergency room knows me well by now!!!! :( after a miscarriage, and bleeding with pregnancy I've been in and out of the ER. The past day I've had excruciating pain during peeing and then blood in my pee. Went to ER and they said it was a UTI and prescribed me with cephalexin. Has anyone used this med and has problems or anything like that ???
