I'm a yoga teacher so I am obviously doing prenatal yoga. I feel very obligated to tell you, however, PLEASE do not do videos! It is extremely important to keep you and baby safe. Injuries are way too common in yoga and you can hurt yourself without even realizing. You need an instructor there to help you with your form and make sure you are in correct alignment :) Download the 'Mind, Body' or Lululemon 'Om Finder' app to find a class in your area!

I have my first class tomorrow! I did it from 15 weeks to 39+4 with my first- it was great for strength and breathing and was always a nice quiet time to stretch and focus on baby ?
