Quick questions my son use to be able to eat shepherds pie and lasagne before he got bronchitis with no problems but ever since he's had it and then ends up getting a little rash on his chin can this be an allergic reaction? If so can they develop them after having for ages beforehand? Thanks in advance xx

It's not from dribble is it? Maybe they make him dribble a bit more and so he gets a little rash there?

Try putting a bit of Vaseline on his chin when he eats to act as a barrier. I think an allergy would get worse each time and manifest itself a bit differently xx
