Sensor matt Right for the past 3 days Oliver's sensor matt has gone off at exactly the same time…

Is it temperature sensitive? Ours went off if the rooms was too hot or cold. Or sonetimes baby holds its breath for a short while. Or maybe its not sensitive enough to pick up a baby in a deep sleep? It depends on the brand. We had the angelcare one and once we'd made a few adjustments it never went off x

No it was 18 in his room which is normal. It is an angel care one too it's in the centre of the bed so it covers the whole bit xx

Maybe just try adjusting the settings a bit today, see if it helps x

Is the mat sitting on a level area? Not just across the cot slats?

We cut a piece of thick piece of cardboard under ours and never had a problem. Maybe try that. Strange it goes off at the same time tho :/ x

I had a similar problem 2 years ago with the angelcare. I phoned customer services and a woman went through all the settings with me then when it couldn't be fixed she sent me a replacement mat and monitor that's connected to it. That might be worth a try. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.

Not entirely sure, hubby does it! The mat settings are on the main monitor, theres a dial I think. Temp etc you do on the parent part. We also had a thin bit of wood under it in the cot. If it doesnt improove, I agree with pp and call customer services x

Our kept going off once baby was moving about too much so took that as it was time to take it out. Was a similar time each day too. I think it was also due to deep sleep and not picking up on the breathing. I had the tommee tippee one though.xx

Yes, sorry, the dial is for sensitivity. If you make it a bit more sensitive it should pick up more small movements. We used our mat until our boy was two!

The dial for sensitivity is at the back x

Do you have anything under neath the mat? Mine used to go off many times a night until we put a thin sheet of wood under it and it never went off again after than. Thick cardboard would work the same. Thats what tommee tippee told me to use x

All sorted now I just upped the sensitivity and put a bit of cardboard underneath it and now it hasn't gone off since. Thanks ladies for the advance xxx
