Naps What time do you stop naps in the afternoon/evening? Oliver has started having crazy half hour…

Id advise no naps after a five, maybe earlier? Our hv always said 3pm (to leave a four hour gap until bedtime) but...I dont stick to that! If hes still asleep near 4 (hes two!) I wake him or he never settles x

No naps after 3:30pm here (he's 3 now but i've always gone with that time except when properly little). If he's a grump or really tired we bring bedtime forward to 6:30pm instead of 7pm.

I wake my son up around 3.30/4 if he's still napping, that way he still goes down at 7.30 for the night, any later and bed time is a nightmare! Lol xxx

I don't let her sleep past 3 and bedtime is 7. She's 2 years 7 months

My lb is 3, he loves his 1 nap he has. I won't let him nap after 5 and if he hasn't had a nap by then it's tuff and keep him awake haha! (As hard as it is!)

I tell him it's nap time at 1.30 and he has his nap then he jumps of sofa with his blanket and juice. He finishes playgroup at 11.30 so it's perfect for him x
