Formula fed I feed my baby every 4 hours sometimes before that depends on him. I never let him go…

Our little girl is exactly is same. She is 5 weeks today and we don't wake her now for feeding as she eats so much it knocks her out most of the time! But she too can stay awake after a feed n gorm into space chewing her hand or on her dummy lol don't worry about it as long as they are feeding ok they tend to stare aimlessly :) x

He's 9 weeks 10 on Friday, he will drink anything from 4-6oz and I do worry all the time he's not getting enough. He stays asleep all night he has 5 bottles a day

Eve is 5 weeks n has 7-6 oz each feed n has 5 feeds a day. She sleeps 6-7 hours each night. If he is putting on plenty of weight he is eating enough. Our LG was born at 9.4Ibs n I have no idea how heavy she is now but I know it'll be close to 11ibs lol

He's probably just found his hands as pp said just get him weighed at next weigh in and if he's gaining weight ok I wouldn't worry! I don't know much about how many bottles they should take but if he is sleeping through he's probably getting what he needs! Xx

Sounds like he's found his hands hun - my LG started fist chomping after feeds around that age too. I'd offer more boob but she never took anymore, so she wasn't still hungry, just exploring her hands x
