To me it sounds like your period is about to start. You would get a positive by now if you were pregnant and probably have sore boobs since that's a very common first symptom of pregnancy. Did you recently come off birth control or stop breastfeeding? Both can make you irregular for a while.

Imo you should download an ovulation app such as ovia. It will tell you the best days to have sex. Don't drink or smoke. That can disrupt ovulation. As for the phantom symptoms, don't focus on ttc so much. Just live, make sure you're making healthy choices, etc.
