Honestly just let her be worried and just be there for her. She's been through something very hard and she's going to be scared. I would just ask how baby is doing and get really excited whenever she gives you news. Happiness can be really infectious. A thought that helped me that was if my daughter had joined her brother they wouldn't be lonely and would be together and if she was born healthy she would have a sibling watching over her being her angel. Thank God baby girl was born healthy and is now a healthy 19 month old. Maybe that would be a comforting way for her to think about it. It prepares her for the possibility of a loss, just in case she loses this pregnancy, but also gives her hope for the baby she hopefully will give birth to
There's nothing you could ever say that will make her feel better. Just let her know that you love and support her, and be open to listen if she needs to talk or vent
Okay. Then I've done all I can. When she told me she called me and I could her her voice get excited when I happily asked if I was going to be an auntie again. She knows I'm here for her. Her entire pregnancy was healthy until she hit 37 weeks and 5 days I believe? In a matter of days her daughter was gone. I've not been through a still birth and I can only imagine what she's feeling right now. I know she's terrified and it's only going to get worse when she nears 38 weeks. I'm the only one besides her mom and her boyfriend that know about her pregnancy now. She knows she can call me and talk to me anytime. I was just wondering if there were any words of encouragement I can give her. I really wish I could take her pain from her but I know it's unrealistic.
As a mother of twin still born precious girls, there is nothing anyone can say or do to make you not worry/stress/panic and this list goes on during your future pregnancies.
Just continue to be there for her as support, that's about all you can do. And I'm sure she will appreciate it!
Just be there to support her and know that she'll probably not be herself until the baby is born. I'm 35weeks pregnant with my baby after losing a baby at 35 weeks a year and a half ago. I feel bad for my husband/family because it's been 35 weeks of panic and crying... But there's nothing anyone can do to reassure me that this baby will be ok until he is safely in my arms.

You can't make her feel better. You can only be there and allow her to feel how she feels. They're justified feelings and she can't avoid them.
