2 month old sleeping 10 hours at night?!

Yea please post what she is doing cuz I need to know. Sleep is the only thing that worries me about my son arriving.

What is your mothers view on CIO?

My family is okay with cio I am not. Especially at 2 months old. Although this young my mother wouldn't even allow it. She says my daughter makes some noise at 5 and whines for a while but stays asleep til around 730..

My son started sleeping 12 hours a night at 9 weeks. Not every night though.

Last night was only the second night my 8 month old slept through the night. Well sort of. Put him down at 8 and he got up at 10, back to sleep at 1030, woke up at 6am, ate then when back to sleep until 8. I'm exhausted from getting way more sleep than usual lol.

I can't wait to learn how to do it. It'll be awesome since I just had surgery. Won't have to repeatedly get up. ?

My daughter started sleeping through the night at 2 weeks and has been doing it since. I never did cio. So it's possible.

My daughter has been sleeping 10-12 hours at night since that age too. She used to nurse 3 times at first. One night I was so tired that I slept though her stirring around 3am. So when she stirred at her regular 5 am I just watched and waited. She never made a sound just tossed a bit for 30 seconds and went back to sleep.

Since then, she will sleep from 9pm to 9am.

I earned this because ds would nurse every hour on the hour 24/7 until he was 6 months when he switched to every two hours ?

She's coming over at 930 tonight. All I know is it has something to do with swaddling. My daughter hates being swaddled so I need to see how my mother does it. ??

That happens to me and my son!

He won't sleep for me. He's turning 8 months in 2 days and is finally getting a little better.

My friend has watched him overnight a few times for me and from day 1 (when he was maybe 2-3 months) he slept like an angel for her all night. But she claims she does nothing different than I do! it's so frustrating to know my baby CAN sleep long hours, but just won't for me.

I know there's a big age gap in our babies but let us know what your mama does ! I'll try anything! Lol

My dd is also two months and can easily sleep 10 hours! She always has slept a lot. She barley naps during the day though

My ds slept 7-9 hour stretches swaddled with white noise .... until he hit the four month sleep regression. He didn't sleep more than 5 hours in a row again until he weaned!

Basically my mom kept my dd up as much as she could in the evening didn't feed at all after 630 unless she was starved didn't let her sleep at all after 8 pm kept her entertained then at 10 she fed her and after she was sleeping and done eating she tightly swaddled her and laid her down.. pardon the run on sentence I am using my left hand to type this and my right is holding a bottle in dd's mouth just about 6 hours after she went down... ? pretty sure I did something wrong. I'm going to make my momma come back tonight and do it for me while I study it. ????

My 18 month old JUST started sleeping through the night these past couple of weeks. It has been AMAZING
