FTM 34 weeks.. contractions?
Hi. I'm a ftm due Dec 2. I'm laying in bed and keep getting a mild aching pain in my lower back? It lasts maybe 20 seconds and I've had 2 in less than 20 mins. I'm not sure if they are contractions cause I've never had contractions. It's not a bad pain right now kind of mild but I have never felt it and it's coming and going. What things should I watch for or monitor?

Watch for longer, stronger pains and any more consistency. Usually it feels like period cramps from hell

Ok. Right now the pain is irregular. I'm gonna try and sleep because I'm sure eventually if they get stronger it'll wake me. Heartburn wakes me out of a dead sleep.
