chimparoo ring sling sizes?

chimparoo ring sling sizes?

Chimparoo has 2 different ring sling sizes and I'm not sure how to base my sizing? I'm 5'2" and a little overweight but not overly huge.. I fit usually LG and XL shirts. Not sure what I need to know for sizing. One is over 1 m in length and the other is 2 m in length. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
