Carried low with my girl and high with my boy right now

Carried low with my first (girl) and carrying high with this one (boy).

Carrying very very low with my girl. Midwife said she can't get any lower with out coming out ?

Ok thanks for your replies ! I carried very low with my son . Don’t know gender if this one yet and only 9 weeks but hoping there’s a chance of carrying a little higher since it was so uncomfortable and I got tons of Braxton Hicks every time my bladder was slightly full.
