Try again or wait a year?

Okay. What would you do?

Depends how old you are/ how long you can afford to put it off. Definitely will be a more enjoyable vacation pre - baby. If it were me, I'd ttc. Usually cruises are fully refundable if canceled with six months notice. So if the timing didn't work out you could reschedule for another year. Also I went on a cruise when pregnant. There's no one enforcing the pregnancy rule. Its more like a guideline to cover themselves. If you're close to that cut off you're probably fine.

Well because of the Zika virus, you have to be careful anyway. Even if you're not pregnant and just TTC. The zika virus can stay in your body for a long time, and can also remain in sperm for up to 9 months. So it's very risky. Even if you don't plan on TTC until next year sometime, the virus could still be in your significant other's sperm, even around this time next year. My husband and I had a cruise planned for our wedding anniversary, but I cancelled it because I knew we were trying to conceive, and/or I would be pregnant at the time of the cruise. Well I did get pregnant (but I had already cancelled the cruise just in case--my OBGYN wrote an official letter to the cruise line and I got all my money back). But unfortunately, that pregnancy resulted in miscarriage anyway. We actually have been brainstorming about where we should go next because we know we can't go to the Caribbean, Mexico, or South America. Heck even Miami was on the advisory list for a while, but they have lifted it recently. Anywhoo, there's my two cents lol. I'd say start trying again because you never know how long it will take you to conceive next time around ?.
