My sweet Maverick will be a month old on the 16th! (Born Feb 16th at 29 Weeks, 6 days) As of now he is off of his oxygen and is doing great so far just on room air! He also weighs 2 lbs, 12 ounces (2 lbs at birth). It doesn't sound like much but he has nearly doubled his weight. This coming week we will introduce bottle and dry breast. I have been so fortunate at having an amazing supply of milk already. He is such a fighter and amazes me everyday!

Aww lol my breast didn't stay dry when my lo was next to it so they said let it drip but watch for choking she literally would lick it lol

That is great!! I've had a 3lb 3 ounces at birth baby so I remember how big a deal gaining weight was. he's off assisted breathing too. That's awesome! Good luck with his bottle/breast feeding. He will get it. Don't be discouraged if it takes a few tries.

Yeah! Dry Breast feeding turned out to be very wet breast feeding!
