Scary Day Yesterday
Yesterday we had a scary experience. We went to our doctors appointment and our doctor couldn't find the baby's heartbeat on the Doppler so she did an ultrasound and on the ultrasound his heart was beating but was extremely slow. We then got sent to the hospital for a better ultrasound. They got me into a hospital gown and we were all prepped and ready for anything that could happen, we then had our better ultrasound and his heartbeat was back to normal. We don't know what caused it to be slow in the first place. As of right now everything is okay. After our scare, our doctor mentioned that she had even called down to the OR and had them prepared for an emergency C-Section.

That is so scary.
I had an nst in my last pregnancy at 31 weeks and baby's heart was dropping off the chart so they did an emergency cesarian i was so scared I was calm but speechless all I thought was don't let my baby die.
Try not to let it continue to scare and stress you its hard but try to relax again so you don't release too much stress hormones that's not good for you or bubs.
Try laying down on your left or however comfortable and just do some deep breathing making sure your body is relaxed shoulders and all and take deep breaths that move your chest in and out.
Sometimes we don't realise how much something so simple can help us feel so less stressed especially if we have fear about something.
Atleast everything is ok now ?

UPDATE: my doctor called and my baby is measuring 2 weeks too small so we are on our way to Denver for an appointment with a neonatologist. Preparing for anything at this point! Please keep us in your thoughts and I will update as soon as I know more ?
