Preeclampsia?!
I had a doctors appointment today and I'm apparently losing way more protein in my urine than I should be. I have also been having dizzy spells. The doctor is concerned that I'm developing preeclampsia. I am going to have lots of testing done tomorrow. The babys heart is sounding great and he's doing okay. Looking for advice? I'm having a problem feeling like it's all my fault.

I've had protein in my urine for all three of my pregnancies from beginning to end, but my bp has always been in the norm.

It certainly isn't ur fault and it causes more harm to u then baby hopefully they are able to just monitor without having to induce early

Definitely NOT your fault hun! I had preeclampsia with my first and now the doctor thinks I'm developing it again. Should know this afternoon as a matter of fact. If it's negative then I have to test again in 2 days. If you have any questions or need to talk, please message me!! I know the fear and the worry of keeping baby in! As a matter of fact, I got so mad at a coworker yesterday that I almost punched her in her face. At work! In front of hundreds of kids!! (I'm a teacher. ?) Long story short, she made the comment about how this younger generation is too lazy to work and take advantage of pregnancy. She worked up until the day she went into labor. Anyways, here I am (as well as several other women on here) fighting to keep their baby in as long as possible and having to go on bed rest to prevent it. Anyways, is had enough. I not so politely told her to shove it.
Sorry for that rant! Anyways, definitely not your fault! You have any questions, just ask!! It's ok to worry and it's ok to be scared! Trust your doctors!! Preeclampsia affects you, not the baby. That's the thing I had to have drilled into my head. Take it easy and trust your doctors!!
