Sleep is Nonexistant
Anyone have any tricks to getting a good nights rest? I have a pregnancy pillow but it feels like the farther along I get the less sleep I can get. Anything helps. Thanks.

I'm 28 weeks and feel like I'm sleeping less and less. I seem to do fine with short naps, but over night I wake up every 2 hours to pee. I'm having slight pains when I turn and my back hurts. It seems like I finally fall into a good sleep around 5:30am but I wake up a hour later for work ?

I wish I had some advice, but I think we all get to a point in pregnancy where sleep is near to impossible for any length of time. This is my 4th pregnancy but I have had so.much hip pain while laying down I can't sleep for more then an hour. It's awful and so painful. I have yet to find anything that works. Hopefully you'll find something to help you through!

I've found if I don't get exercise in during the day(right now just walking, squats, or if it's cold/icy out, Elliptical) I don't sleep well.
Some nights though, it's just a bad night because everything hurts.
We're almost there!

I swim in the evening to relax and Exercise... then I diffuse lavender essential oil all night, helps so much! ❤️

Chiropractor and a slow elevation of pillows under my back at night. I do not like sleeping on my back but this is actually proving the most relief for my hip and back pain.

So far the most helpful thing for me has been a fan idk why! I seem to sleep in two hour increments with 15-30 minutes awake in between but since my husband works nights and this is our first kid I just stay in bed a little later since he's sleeping anyways. I don't know how you ladies who already have kids or who work full time do it, you are an inspiration!

I stay on my feet almost all day and exercise 3 days a week. That alone, knocks me out
