I hear ya on the lower back pain. This guy is more horizontal but my daughter was all up in my ribs which was also uncomfortable. My section isn't until May 26th and I just keep praying be comes before then!

My belly looks just like yours from the belly button to even the tattoo..I have a Chinese symbol under my belly lol! I have 30 days left until my due date. Maybe the belly growth with slow down? This is only my second too! I don't know how mine will stretch anymore.
