Aliyn is, hopefully she outgrows it considering where we live and all. We use Pigeon Mosquito wipes to protect her, sometimes we use Red Eye now that she is older but that's only when I forget to pack some wipes in my bag. To help when she has been bitten we just give her some Little Allergies, allergy meds. We also use a little antiseptic cream on the bites to help them heal up.

My daughter is allergic she had 3 mosquito bites last week they got so huge and hurt her

I use spray alcohol on the bites ( trust me i know it sounds like torture) but my daughter says it makes them stop itching and the swelling goes down alotttttt.

Kids after bite, ds has been bit 13 times in 2 days, thats hardly being outside just walking to vehicles. His usally start the size of a 50 cent peice or bigger, with the after bite they go down tremendously, i love the stuff! They also make it for adults. Its good for stings, posion ivy oak or sumac, and bug bites. Its deff worth the 4is dollars here!

yes me I haven't found much that helps other than topical bug bite stuff benadryl works the best for me but it doesn't last long. my lo is 1 just got bit this year the first time and I feel so bad he inherited my mosquito allergy it sucks and it seems like I seems get bit more than the average person

Yes. My DD had a swollen eye from a reaction to bug bites near it. We took her to the walkin clinic and they said Benadryl and a non drowsy allergy med to help her out. Poor children. These big bites are bad and it seems like a lot this year.

Yup, most of my kids. One got bit by eye and his eye swelled shut for a couple days.

As a repellent I use a mix of raw vanilla 75%/25% water in a spray bottle. If any of us end up with a bite, I use alcohol wipes, then apply Desitin. Works great.
