I usually put some coconut oil on my daughter's neck when she gets a rash from drooling. Clears it up in a few days.

You can also use Vaseline or Aquaphor to create a moisture barrier.

I use Vaseline it works great

I used a tad bit of baby powder on my hand and rubbed it in on ds neck. Then put a bib on him and changed it every time it would get wet. After bath I would put aquaphor on it and it healed up quickly. Just have to keep it dry and it will go away.
