Did u change YOUR detergent or maybe started using fabric softener?

Has he been eating solids?

Does he have a fever? Or a cold?

Bath soap?

Try eczema lotion or coconut oil. My dd had that and the pedi said it was eczema. It's gone now. I posted a pic on here if you wanna look.

Thanks so much, I really appreciate all the help & info. Nothing has changed, the only thing is , he had his 4 month shots in Friday, and had a fever.

If he had a fever then I would say the rash was a result of the fever... It could also be a minor allergic reaction to the vaccine - maybe call the dr and let them know just in case.
