Not feeling the letdown as much
Not feeling the letdown as much
My daughter is almost 10 weeks, and it just occurred to me that I'm not always feeling a letdown at feedings anymore. I remember this with DD #1, but I don't think it was this early. Does this mean I'm having supply issues? She's definitely still getting something because she spits up numerous times after every single feeding.

I’m not a lot of help as I’m a FTM but I only feel a let down in my right boob and that boob has a much bigger supply. I have just ordered some milk enhancing tea and going to start pumping a few more times a day!

I don’t feel mine very often. It’s definitely less than with my first. I was told breast feeding your second is “less dramatic”. Less engorgement, my let down isn’t as forceful.

No supply issues! I believe it’s normal. I haven’t felt a let down at all for these babies and I didn’t for my last either and all have been successful breastfed, my daughter for 17 mos.

I've never felt a let down (ftm). which is almost surprising since when my milk first came in, it was a bit of an oversupply so my let down was nearly always very strong, to the point where he'd often choke on it to start with. it's fun to watch it spray though.

I have noticed this as well. My baby also spits up after most feedings and is gaining weight very well so I know he is getting enough to eat. I guess it's normal!

I didn’t feel my letdown while breastfeeding my son 2 yrs ago. With this one I have a strong letdown about 30 seconds in and I feel it every time. He chokes just about every time and it’s very frustrating ?
