When and where did you go into labor?

With my first I started contractions around 11pm at home and had him at 4pm the next day.. all I can think about this time around is not being able to have food while being in labor ?

With my first was was scheduled to be induced because I was 41+ was supposed to go in at 8:30 pm. So the night before my husband and I stayed up all night so we cpuld sleep in and be well rested. Well that didn't really work out because I went into labor around 1am ( an hour after going to sleep) and had her 2am the next day. I was so tired from staying up 24 hours!!

With my second I woke up at 4 because I had to go to the bathroom. No pain no contractions nothing! After going to the bathroom I noticed i lost my mucus plug and labor started full force! Had her at 1pm

I'm hoping this baby comes on his own while at home too. My biggest fear is that my water will brake while at the store ?

With my first, I had woken up at 6am because I though I had peed on myself lol but it was my water leaking. No pain until I was in a bed at a hospital 7 hours later. With my second, I was at the nail salon at 7pm getting my nails done for my first born party the next day. I kept having contractions but I waited until midnight to go in. With my third I went in at 3am with really really small contractions lol I was surprised when they told me he was coming.

With the three I wasn't induced for, in bed sleeping between midnight and five am.

With my first, I was having contractions and pressure for days. I went into active labor at 11pm the 3rd night and had her at 10am the 5th day. She was 40 weeks

Second, my water broke at a Starbucks at 6:30pm on a Thursday at 37 weeks, had him on the following Friday just before midnight.

What do y’all do with your children if you go into labor and have no one to watch them? Have you had to take them with you?

With my first I was induced. With my second, I woke up in the middle of the night to intense contraction’s and bleeding. Shortly after my water starting leaking. I had to head directly to the hospital since it was about a half an hour away. Gave birth very shortly after. My labor was only 5 hours long

four times in the middle of the night and once mid morning at my other child's doc appointment

With my son i was induced

My my 2nd i was at church walking down the stairs for the 3rd time and my water broke

@juslikeme weird question... but what did you do when your water broke at Starbucks? I would panic! Did you dip out or clean up lol

With my first, some of my water broke at 1am. Actual labor didn't start until a few hours later (around 4am). Had her at around 7:30pm

With my second, I started having contractions at 7-8am at home. Water broke at the hospital around 4pm. Had him an 9pm that evening.

My first at 39 weeks my husband and I did dtd at 10pm and I had contractions straight after. Lost my mucus plug, went to hospital were i was 4cm and my water broke. Laboured for total of 24 hours - son born at 10.30pm

My second at 41 weeks I woke at 4.30am for a wee, no sign if contractions. Went to lay down after and had my first contraction and knew it was the beginning. They intensified quickly, got to the hospital at 7.30,admitted in a room at 8am and he was born at 8.08am.was very quick but a perfect labour

@hmg- I had no idea! I was with my husband and daughter meeting our wedding photographer and I remember walking to Starbucks and I was complaining that my vagina really hurt but I figured it was lightning crotch.

So sat down and went with the meeting then I had to pee, I didn’t feel any POP or anything. I went in the bathroom with my daughter and when I pulled down my pants, I could see everything was SOAKED. I sniffed my panties but didn’t smell like urine so I just took a wad of paper towels, laid them on my panties and pulled down my shirt as far as I could to cover my bottom area. Then told my husband that we needed to go as I thought my water broke. I was in disbelief haha. But it never really made a big gush in Starbucks.

We just got home from the hospital tour when my water broke. I wasn't sure though whether I just couldn't keep it in and lost all muscle control or whether it actually was my water breaking. hahaha But contractions started an hour later at 11:30 pm and my son was born at 4:45 am. I am really worried where I'll be this time though...hopefully not in public because the doctors are saying labor with the second one will be faster than the first... can't wait to hear all the birth stories from all the moms on here in November!!

Seems like a lot of us went into labor late at night or early in the morning. Interesting! Guess labor doesn't care whether or not you got any sleep prior to starting ?

With my first I started noticing consistent contractions at dinner on the evening of my due date. It was about 36 hours later that she finally came out.

With my second, I woke up at 3:30am with contractions. Baby came about 2:30pm.

With my third, consistent contractions started mid-afternoon. Baby came early the next morning.

By far my easiest/fastest labor was my second. I wonder if it was partly because I got sleep right as labor was starting... not mid-day.

All 4 times ive woken up with intense contractions and gone into labour during the night.. makes me nervous about going to bed ?

With my first it was after 6am, like 6:20ish/6:30ish I felt & heard the 'pop' but nothing happened. I stood up to go to the bathroom and still no gush no nothing so I thought nothing of it. Went and used the bathroom and laid back down. That didn't last too long cause around 7am I was waking my mom up with the WORSE contractions & told her it was time to go. Y'all those things hurt so bad I ain't grab no hospital bag, no baby bag no thing lol. I waddled down them stairs and headed for the door lol. I didn't care about nothing at that point. My mom grabbed everything and had to meet me at my car. We got to the hospital at like 7:30am & 8:59am baby girl was here, all natural birth. My second daughter I was 37wks exactly and went into labor at my 37wk check up lol. Was sent straight to the hospital.

1:00 AM water broke in bed. It was after my first day back teaching 1st Grade after spring break. I was like seriously? This should have happened last week lol.

Starting having contractions early in the morning. I cleaned the house all day until my fiancé got home from work at 10 pm. Then at 10:30 I went to the hospital. Labored for another 13 hours and then had to have a csection! 26 hours total. ?

Like an hour and a half after I got to the hospital the contractions were so bad I was begging for pain meds.

My water never broke they had to break it for me.

My water broke at 3am while asleep and I started having contractions right away 28 hrs in labor my son was born
