Sleep regression - how long did it last?
Sleep regression - how long did it last?
I know all babies are different, but I'm curious how long the 4 month sleep regression lasted for those who've made it through? My baby girl who was always such a good sleeper is now waking up multiple times throughout the night and really fighting going back down... I guess I'm just hoping to hear this stage lasts a week or two rather than a month or two

My LO had his just before he was 4 months it last nearly 4 weeks. It could have been a little less. It felt like forever! Hang in there i know it's hard lack of ?is a killer.

My daughter started last Friday, so we're going on a week now...

It went 3 weeks until I found out he just wants to feel someone next to him. He goes to bed 8-10pm and wakes up 7-8am. He used to wake up every 2 hrs and now he only wakes up once to eat and then goes back to sleep.

Oh no! I hope my LO isn't going through this! She has slept through the night since she was 4 was old. But on Thanksgiving night, she woke up twice. Then last night she woke up 4 times! Ugh. I recently had a stomach virus and then now a cold. I sadly was looking forward to the break to catch up on sleep. I'm really hoping she just got off schedule and will return to normal soon! Please!

It's been nearly 6 weeks for us ????
My lo slept a five hour stretch last night, though so I'm hoping he gets back to his 9 hour stretches soon!!

My daughter will be 5 months on December 13th....she hasn't gone through a sleep regression yet. She sleeps through the night and takes a good 2-3 hour nap during the day with a couple shorter ones too........can it happen later than 4 months!?

My baby is 5 months and still going through it. Maybe her nights of full sleep are gone forever. I don't see the light at the end.

@babypuff it's so easy to feel that way, isn't it?! The last 10 out of 11 nights have been rough with my daughter waking up multiple times and fighting going back to bed so strongly! Hoping there's an end in sight soon...
