Baby's size measuring in 94th percentile
Baby's size measuring in 94th percentile
Had a growth ultrasound today due to Gestational Diabetes diagnosis last week, and found out baby girl is measuring in the 94% for her weight (3 lb 14 oz) and size of her head. Her belly is measuring 64%. Did anyone ever have baby measure super big at 30 weeks, but deliver a not quite so large baby?

I just was reading about another mom who's little one weighed in at 7 lbs at 33 weeks. You're little one may or may not gain anything for a few weeks. However, GD can lead to a number of things that can put you into labor much sooner. I'd def write down a list of questions and take them to your OB.

I'm 31 weeks with baby 3, and growth last week showed that baby is 4lbs ... I put almost zero faith in ultrasound measurements- your dr will tell you straight up they can be off by 2lbs! ... With my first baby I was told that she was 6lbs, and 4weeks later when she was born, she was only 5.7!

At 31 weeks my daughter was 4.4 by ultrasound. She was born at 38 weeks weighing 8lbs
