Early hospital registration
Hey ladies. I was looking over my papers today and it says they should be handed in to the hospital 6 weeks prior to my due date.. Which would be today lol, but there's some questions I can't really answer so I'm wondering if anyone knows if I should just leave them blank ? One question is about my weight gain and one is about whether I'm strep B positive or not..

My hospital registration didn't have either of those questions. There were a couple questions I left blank. When I handed in the registration at the hospital, they went through all the papers. If there's anything they need to know right now, they'll ask.

I was never told to register for my delivery. Ill have to ask tomorrow at my appointment.

I'm delivering at a birthing center but they want us to pre-register at the hospital "Just Incase"
I turned in my papers yesterday but didn't have either of those questions,I don't get the strep b test done till I'm 36w.
All I filled out on the paper was
EDD,name,mailing/residential address,insurance info,contact numbers,etc. I signed all the papers but didn't date the forms cause that's not till I do go into labor.

When I went in to have baby after I filled my pre certs the nurse who was going over my vitals and getting my band went over the ones I didn't answer.

My hospital had me register in my first trimester, I don't remember any questions like that, basically just insurance info and things like that. I'd just leave them blank and when you deliver they can get the other info lol
