For mine the 135 is usually the placenta which means you're close. Usually if I keep it on that spot and tilt it slowly from one side to another, I'll hear the faint galloping. Sometimes it gets loud. Such a wonderful sound. Good luck!

I think the heart rate is inaccurate because it's kind of picking up mine too. I recorded it and calculated the bpm and it's about 160.

I've noticed that my doppler picks up my heart beat too or the placenta so it messes it up

I have noticed that it is easier to pick in the morning though

I have yet to have the heart rate actually pop up when I hear baby's heart, I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow. I also find that I can find baby's heartbeat easier when I'm laying in bed getting ready to go to sleep.

Watch videos. That probably isn't the baby. The baby will sound like a galloping horse. Very fast. Your close!!!

I think I've found it. The heart rate isn't accurate even when I put it on my own heart. Wish I could upload it here for everyone to listen and let me know !

My doppler picks up the heartbeat well but the rate it gives usually isn't right. It'll be beating at around 145 and it'll say 101. Without looking at the screen count the beats over a minute and that's your actual fetal heart rate. It might be hard though. My little one moves around quite a bit.

Baby's heartbeat will be fast and sound like a horse galloping! The placenta will sound like a swooshing sound! And your heart beat will be usually below 100!
