Hey ladies. I just ordered vitex online to try it. We're currently not trying to conceive (waiting until june) but I wanted to try vitex to see if I can shorten my cycles. Right now my cycles are 45 days, and I think my luteal phase is longer than average so I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it and has it worked well for you? Thanks !!!
