Implantation symptoms

We've been trying for about 5 months for our third and I'm pretty sure I'm exaggerating every symptom possible. I got a positive opk on the 29th, then yesterday I felt the same symptoms that I have whole ovulating, lower back pain and ewcm?? Is that a sign of implantation? I took another ovulation test and it was negative?? I'm only 5 dpo??
