My baby girl ready for the day! Does anyone else have a late walker she's 1year & 2 months & still…

My son started walking around 14 months. Maybe she will start walking soon.

My son didn't walk until about 15 months

My son was around 14 months, I started taking him to a play group and he saw other.kids his age walking and he started shortly after.

Mine crawled at 13months.

Pulled herself up 15ish months

Walked at 17 months.

She decided sitting & chatting was more fun. & as a 30 yr old I agree, sitting & talking is much more fun than walking!

I don’t think.. (THINK) it’s thought of as “late” unless it’s after 18 months.. if I’m remembering correctly it’s at 18mths that’s the upper limit to normal.. Anyway, she’s beautiful and looks like she just wants to wait, I say that because she is standing up so wonderfully.. my third baby was like that too!

My nephew just started walking at 15 months

My son was 13 months and he was early on EVERYTHING except walking. I had people ask me if he had his ears checked and maybe it was a balance issue. He would stand at his tool bench and play an hour with tools in both hands and he would stand up and drink his whole sippy cup, so I knew it wasn't ears. He waited til he felt sure and just took off all the way across the room one day, no wobbling or falling. Looked like he had been walking for month. Lol. He hasn't slowed down since!

My little lady is 16.5 months and not walking yet. Shes spot on with everything else, she cruises and stands up alone but wont walk

I think you're right pp, 18 months is what my SIL was told. Her daughter didn't walk until 17.5 months. Mine was walking at 7 months and hers started talking way early, while my kiddo is 2.5 and just really breaking out of his shell to talk fully. Mentally she's ahead in every aspect while my kiddo excels at everything physical.

That's very normal. Consider yourself lucky by 14m my daughter was running and I never sat down. It was a nightmare ??
